We Handle the Details
On the event day, our team will arrive early to set up the bouquet bar, complete with florals, tools and decorative touches.

We’ll arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your event and setup everything for you!
Our bloom bar comes with:
– Fresh flowers, customized to your event’s theme and guest count.
– Pre-assembled mobile flower stand.*
– Signage with step-by-step instructions for your guests. Personalized for your event!*
– Kraft paper drop-in bouquet wraps for easy bouquet-making.
– White Ribbon.
– Floral scissors for trimming stems.*
– Extra buckets for holding finished bouquets in water until the end of your event and for stem cuttings.*
– Delivery, set up & pick up.
All items above marked with a (*) are rentals and are to be returned. Pick-up times may be the next day, depending on availability.
